AdTix ("we", "our", or "us") operates digital publishing portals and cultural attraction ticketing guides, including adtix.org and associated network destination properties.

2. Information We Collect

We adhere to principles of data minimization under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect information only as necessary to deliver reliable web services:

• Automated Technical Logs: IP address (anonymized), browser type, referring URL, operating system, and timestamp of request when accessing our edge servers.
• Analytics & Telemetry Data: Aggregated interaction metrics (page visits, bounce rates, scroll depth, and outbound link clicks). We implement Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to observe interaction metrics, session recordings, and heatmaps. Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics are strictly withheld and loaded only after affirmative analytics consent is granted.
• Campaign Attribution Identifiers: Anonymous click identifiers (e.g. GCLID) passed in URLs to attribute ad performance and affiliate sales without storing user identity.
• Direct Communications: Any email address or details provided when contacting our partnership or support team at contact@adtix.org.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process data for the following legitimate business and contractual purposes:

• Ensuring technical reliability, edge cache routing, and DDoS protection via Cloudflare.
• Aggregated analytics to optimize site layout, page load speed, and user experience.
• Affiliate conversion tracking with licensed ticketing platforms.
• Responding directly to user and partner inquiries.

4. Third-Party Ticketing Partners

AdTix does not process ticket transactions or financial payment information directly on our servers. When you click to check availability or reserve tickets, you are redirected to authorized, licensed third-party ticketing distributors (such as Tiqets Inc. or GetYourGuide Deutschland GmbH). Any payment processing, booking confirmations, or personal attendee data are governed by the respective privacy policies of those ticketing platforms.

5. Cookies & Consent Preferences

We deploy a Google Consent Mode v2 compliant consent banner. By default, all non-essential cookies (including analytics and marketing cookies) are withheld until affirmative opt-in consent is given. You can review or adjust your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page.

Categories of Technologies Used:

• Strictly Necessary: Edge routing and security cookies (e.g. Cloudflare) required for website operation and DDoS protection. Always active.
• Analytics & Diagnostics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (session replay, click heatmaps, and scroll behavior to diagnose interface usability). • Marketing & Attribution: Google Ads conversion measurement and ticketing distributor click attribution (e.g. Tiqets affiliate parameters) to measure advertising effectiveness without collecting personal user profiles. Only activated upon user consent.
